1. Center Manager
Responsibilities:

Should be aggressive and passionate about achieving the monthly target.

Coordinate with the program coordinators of the center to ensure the smooth
operation of the center.

Design and execute the monthly sales and marketing plan

Report to the head of operations will daily/weekly reports

Should be familiar with using the internet, using MS Office applications
Education: Should be an MBA graduate in Marketing.
Experience: Mimimum two years in the same field
2. Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business plan to achieve the
monthly targets
- Ensure institutional tie-ups post presentation to
different universities
- Design strategies and implement marketing events and
track ROI for the same
- Ensure business growth by leading and motivating the
marketing executives
- Manage sales promotion activities
- Assist city head in managing operations and service
delivery at different centers
- Shall be required to travel
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Good understanding of business functions
- Ability to work and deal with institutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - a temperament that
is personable, energetic, responsive, and confident
- Strong organizational skills and the kind of
personality that is attentive to detail, good at multi-tasking, exhibits
excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work as a team player
Experience:
- Should have a minimum of 4 years of business
development and sales promotion experience, preferably in study abroad programs.
3. Career Consultant/Sales Counselor - TWO POSITIONS
Responsibilities:
-
Handling counseling of the enquiry skillfully and convert him/her to an
enrolment.

Should take active participation in planning career camps, road-shows, seminars
and other outdoor and indoor marketing activities.

Responsible for achieving sales target of the center.
-
Database collection, feedback about existing products, competitor activities
etc.

Organizing events/presentations etc.
-
Should assist the Center Manager for smooth operations in the Center.
Qualification: Graduate or MBA would be preferable.
Skills: Should have excellent communication skills, good personality. People
from those who have experience in selling educational products/are from
education industry will be preferred.
Experience: Should have minimum 1year of experience in sales.
4. Faculty/Trainer (Verbal)

Should have at least one to
two years of experience teaching GMAT, GRE, TOEFL and SAT.
